"Smart 1000 Pro"
A sturdy extruder machine, with tank made from AISI 304 stainless steel 53 liters , ideal for extruding, mixing and kneading.
This extruder stands out from others thanks to its smart revolutionary shape.
Its rounded shape allows the mechanical threshing arms to glide along the inside walls and thus push the paste towards the bottom thus eliminating any need for manual intervention and allowing the tank to completely empty itself .
The extruder machine “Smart” model is sold in 3 versions:
• 1000 Standard
• 1000 Pro
• 1000 Pro Plus
- Smart 1000 Standard is fitted with a motor which powers the auger drill in order for it to rotate. It is powered KW. 0,55 Its speed is adjustable and can rotate both clockwise and anti-clockwise. The secondary motor which powers the rotation of the mixer is fixed speed and runs at 0,37 KW.
- Smart 1000 Pro is fitted with a motor which powers the rotation of the auger drill at a power 0,75KW (1HP) It has adjustable speed and can also rotate anti-clockwise. The secondary motor which powers the rotation of the mixer has a power of 0.55KW and its speed can be adjusted.
- Smart 1000 Pro Plus this is fitted with a KW. 0,75 (1 HP) motor which powers the rotation of the auger drill The speed is adjustable and it can rotate both clockwise and anti-clockwise. The secondary motor which powers the rotation of the mixer has a power of 0.55KW. Both motors are powered by a PLC device.
In both the "Smart" versions , the inverter and its commands are totally isolated from the motor by means of being housed in a protective container.
This stops the inverter from overheating which would inevitably occur if it were not isolated.
